Le projet consistait \u00e0 transformer un complexe industriel existant, compos\u00e9 de multiples structures industrielles, en un centre moderne d\u2019innovation et de startups. Le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement comprenait l\u2019\u00e9valuation des conditions existantes, la d\u00e9molition s\u00e9lective, la r\u00e9habilitation et le renforcement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels existants, la construction de nouveaux composants structurels et d\u2019extensions de b\u00e2timent, les travaux de fondations et de b\u00e9ton, ainsi que les activit\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du site associ\u00e9es. Le fondateur a \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de construction, en appui aux activit\u00e9s du bureau technique, d\u2019administration de la construction et de gestion de la construction tout au long du processus de r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement.
