Marmar
MarMar Commercial & Office Complex is a large-scale mixed-use development comprising approximately 55,000 m² across 19 floors. During the founder’s involvement, the project was progressing through the fit-out and finishing stage, with activities focused on completion of remaining works, defect resolution, subcontractor coordination, and preparation of spaces for final operation. The scope also included the conversion of Floors 2 and 3 from restaurant areas to gold wholesale spaces, requiring coordination of revised drawings, technical requirements, and associated construction activities.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Technical & Drawing Coordination:
Coordinated technical and execution drawings with designers, consultants, project specialists, and subcontractors, including technical reviews and follow-up of required actions.
Fit-Out & Finishing Coordination:
Supported coordination of remaining fit-out and finishing activities, including follow-up of incomplete works and defect resolution.
Subcontractor Coordination:
Coordinated subcontractor activities and technical requirements associated with project completion.
Change-of-Use Coordination:
Supported the conversion of Floors 2 and 3 from restaurant areas to gold wholesale spaces through drawing review, technical coordination, and alignment of revised execution requirements.
Project Completion Support:
Supported technical-office and construction-administration activities required to progress completed spaces toward final operation.
