KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

As a member of the project coordination team, the founder contributed remotely to the coordination and administrative follow-up of the project, including subcontractor and supplier coordination, procurement follow-up, technical documentation, contractual correspondence, and change-management activities.

The founder’s involvement included the preparation, tracking, and follow-up of project documentation such as technical questions and QRTs, change requests (DDC – Demande de changement), change directives and ODCs (Ordre de changement), pricing and documentation related to additional or modified work, subcontractor contractual documentation, and follow-up of outstanding technical and contractual items with the project team.
