The founder contributed to the project management and coordination of the renovation and building-extension works, including coordination of structural modifications, architectural and finishing works, interior design implementation, subcontractors and construction trades, procurement activities, project changes, progress follow-up, and technical and contractual documentation. The involvement also included coordination between the existing building conditions and the new extension works to support the execution and completion of the project.
