KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

As a member of the project coordination team, the founder contributed remotely to technical coordination, change management, procurement support, and project documentation activities throughout the renovation works.A significant part of the involvement consisted of reviewing drawings and construction requirements, identifying discrepancies between drawings and existing/site conditions, identifying execution conflicts and constructability issues, and coordinating the required technical clarifications with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other members of the project team.
The founder was also involved in the preparation and follow-up of project changes, including DDCs (Demandes de changement), ODCs (Ordres de changement), technical questions and QRTs, pricing and documentation related to additional or modified work, as well as procurement follow-up for selected materials, equipment, and subcontractor scopes.
