KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

As a member of the project coordination team, the founder contributed remotely to project coordination, project controls, procurement, and subcontract administration activities. The involvement included preparation and follow-up of subcontractor contractual documentation, purchase orders and contractual commitments, coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, progress and schedule follow-up, and monitoring of outstanding project activities.The founder also participated in the administrative and contractual management of project changes, including the follow-up of technical questions and QRTs, DDCs (Demandes de changement), ODCs (Ordres de changement), pricing of additional or modified work, and coordination of related technical and contractual documentation with the project team.
