PROJECT OVERVIEW
Omid
Omid was a 22-storey mixed-use development incorporating residential, commercial, office, amenity, parking, and mechanical spaces within a single multi-level building.
The development comprised 14 residential floors, commercial areas at the lower levels, office and amenity spaces, five basement levels, and associated building services.During the founder’s involvement, the project was progressing through finishing and structural-completion activities.
The scope included coordination and monitoring of interior finishing, façade works, lower-level flooring, outstanding structural and concrete works within the basement parking areas, and the construction of a rooftop steel platform for ventilation equipment.
The founder supported technical-office, construction-administration, project-coordination, quality-control, and progress-monitoring activities, including technical documentation and drawing coordination with consultants, specialists, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the assigned scope of work.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Technical Office Management:
Managed the project’s technical-office activities, including technical documentation, drawing review and coordination, quantity verification, progress follow-up, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Project Handover & Status Assessment:
Reviewed the existing project condition, documented completed and outstanding works, and assessed technical and execution requirements upon joining the project.
Finishing Works Coordination:
Managed and coordinated finishing and completion activities across assigned areas, including follow-up of incomplete works and execution issues.
Facade Works Coordination:
Coordinated stone cladding, cement-based façade works, associated detailing, quality requirements, and progress of façade completion.
Basement & Flooring Works:
Coordinated flooring and completion works in the lower levels, including basement and ground-floor areas.
Structural & Concrete Completion:
Managed coordination of outstanding structural steel, reinforcement, and concrete works associated with basement parking and related structural elements.
Rooftop Steel Platform Coordination:
Coordinated technical detailing, fabrication, and installation of the rooftop steel platform required for ventilation equipment.
Contractor & Subcontractor Coordination:
Coordinated technical and execution interfaces between contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project specialists to support construction progress
Quality Control & Deficiency Follow-Up:
Monitored construction quality, followed up deficiencies and corrective actions, and supported resolution of technical and execution issues.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitored construction progress, maintained technical records, and prepared project documentation and progress reports for the assigned scope.
