The project involved the renovation and upgrading of selected areas within an existing school facility, including the gymnasium and boys’ and girls’ washrooms. The work included structural modifications, architectural and finishing works, replacement and rehabilitation of gymnasium flooring, and upgrades to gymnasium-related equipment and components.The project was delivered within a short-duration summer construction window, requiring close coordination of subcontractors, procurement activities, technical documentation, project changes, and outstanding work to support completion before the school’s return to regular operation.

Supported the comprehensive project handover process, including verification and documentation of completed structural steel, floor systems, walls, and overall physical progress.
Technical & Shop Drawing Coordination:
Coordinated shop drawings and construction documentation with structural designers, consultants, specialists, and subcontractors, including resolution and follow-up of technical issues.
Structural Works Coordination:
Monitored structural steel quantities, installation progress, and selected quality requirements associated with ongoing structural works.
Metal Deck & Concrete Works:
Coordinated composite metal deck activities and monitored associated concrete placement operations.
Tendering & Subcontractor Coordination:
Supported tendering, evaluation, selection, and coordination of specialized subcontractors, including activities associated with the 3D Panel system.
Cost, Progress & Documentation Controls:
Prepared and reviewed subcontractor progress claims, verified quantities, maintained technical documentation, prepared project reports, and monitored construction progress and schedules.
