The project involved the renovation and upgrading of selected areas within an existing school facility, including the gymnasium and boys’ and girls’ washrooms. The work included structural modifications, architectural and finishing works, replacement and rehabilitation of gymnasium flooring, and upgrades to gymnasium-related equipment and components.The project was delivered within a short-duration summer construction window, requiring close coordination of subcontractors, procurement activities, technical documentation, project changes, and outstanding work to support completion before the school’s return to regular operation.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
The founder served remotely as Project Coordinator, supporting the project’s construction coordination, procurement, subcontract administration, change management, and project documentation activities. Responsibilities included coordinating and following up with subcontractors and suppliers, tracking contractual commitments and outstanding items, supporting procurement activities, reviewing and following up on project changes, preparing and tracking change-related documentation and pricing, and coordinating technical and contractual information required to support project execution.
This project represents professional experience gained by the founder of Gestion PMBC Inc. prior to the establishment of the company. The role and scope described above reflect the founder’s individual involvement while employed by the general contractor at the time and should not be interpreted as a project contracted or delivered by Gestion PMBC Inc.
