KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

As a member of the project coordination team, the founder contributed remotely to technical coordination, constructability review, project controls, and change management throughout the renovation works. A significant part of the involvement consisted of reviewing architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing drawings against existing site conditions and execution requirements, identifying discrepancies, conflicts, missing information, and constructability issues, and coordinating the required technical clarifications with the project team.
The founder was also extensively involved in change management and additional-work documentation, including identification and documentation of scope changes, preparation and follow-up of DDCs (Demandes de changement), ODCs (Ordres de changement), technical questions and QRTs, evaluation and pricing of additional or modified work, and preparation and follow-up of the associated contractual and project-control documentation.
